How We Got Started
N&N Chocolates is a Christian, family-owned and operated business based in Montana’s beautiful Bitterroot Valley. Nicolette started making chocolates in her home kitchen years ago, with her family enthusiastically volunteering to be taste testers. As her children grew older, they joined in to help with the dipping so that even more chocolates could be made. Soon the treats were widely distributed among family and friends as eagerly-awaited Christmas gifts.
Nicolette’s son, Nick, attended the Professional Culinary Institute in its baking and pastry program. From the beginning, he had dreamed of starting a pastry or candy business with his mother. By Christmas of 2008, their chocolate-making and gift-giving had become so popular that they decided to share these special treats with the rest of the world. Thus was born N&NChocolates.
These gourmet chocolates are handmade and individually dipped, and the attention to detail is evident in taste and presentation. Only the purest ingredients are used. The dark chocolate is Belgian, and the milk and white chocolates are Belgian couveture. N&N Chocolates can be enjoyed at any time throughout the year. Whenever a special treat is appropriate, think of N&N Chocolates: As a special “thank you,” and for weddings, birthdays, and holidays. The fine array of chocolates means there is a special treat for everyone on your gift list. And do not be afraid to indulge in one or two yourself!
Nicolette and Nick feel truly blessed by God to have the passion and talent to produce a beautiful product that can be enjoyed by many. In accordance with their faith and as a thank you to their many wonderful clients, a portion of their proceeds will be donated to charities. |
